How to Request Data Deletion
To delete your personal data from our systems:

Once verified, your request will be processed within 30 days as required under GDPR.
What Will Be Deleted
- Contact information you’ve provided (name, email address, phone number).
- Communication history with us.
- Any data linked to your mailing list subscription.
- Any app or social media integration data we control.
What We Cannot Delete
We cannot delete:
- Data we are legally required to keep (e.g., transaction records for tax purposes).
- Data controlled by third parties (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Ticketmaster) — you must contact them directly.
